Kakuhou-Kan aims the following goals through Karate education.

• A sound mind and a sound body for young people
  - Keeping physical strength of adults and elderly people
  - Relief stress and strains
  - Prevention of sickness caused by bad life habits
  - Self defense for kids and females
  We can teach Karate also by English.

  Our techers can speak English.
